How to get the Start Menu folder

I am trying to delete my Start Menu - Programs folders for my application.

I thought if I tried Delete Folder Tree (CSIDL_PROGRAMS) that would do it.
However that returns Users/.../AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Start
Menu/Programs ......

That is not where my Start Menu folders are.

When installing they install to Programs/[PUBLISHER]/[PRODUCTAME].........

So how do I retrieve the location of these on an update?
