Since getting and installing the new certificate from Comodo my clients are
suffering the message 'This file can harm your pc' with the options to
Cancel or Delete. No run option. Any ideas?

I think I read somewhere that it takes a few days for a new Cert to be registered on
various Check-Servers around the internet. Maybe the ink on yours is still a little
damp!

Maybe this has to do with that "reputation" thing that Friedrich
mentions from time to time.

Nope! Not that. Some dork this end set the wrong password on the batch file
that calls SignTool. I think I know him!
However, Today I had a call from Comodo to say they had the incorrect email
on my certificate and to get it changed on the website. THEN I found out
that the problem was a spammer had set up shop on the ISP's server and the
site had been blacklisted. Hence the reason why Comodo could not send to my
proper email so they used my second email. Should be fixed today. Had to get
rid of thousands of emails on the site so the ISP could contact the people
who blacklist. Talk about reputation!
