How do I add horizontal scrollbar to list box

How do I add a horizontal scrollbar to a List Box dialog?

I'd like a horizontal scrollbar because I'm displaying shortcut paths that I've retrieved using Handle File Listing and they are too long to display. I will trim off as much leading gunk like "C:\Documents and Settings\USER_ID" as I can, but I'd like to add a horizontal scrollbar to be sure.
