What about using the "Copy Folder Tree..." script command to copy everything from [%INSTDIR%]\[%COMPANY1%] to [%INSTDIR%]\[%COMPANY2%]
During uninstall you have to use "Delete Folder Tree..." to remove the 2nd copy.
