You should be able to use one of these...

Add an entry in the registry...
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft \Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"
Create a shortcut in the Start Menu|Startup folder.

If you have the Developer Edition of SB, use "Add/Delete Scheduled
Task".
