SetupBuilder 5.2 and FTP Upload

To provide you with 100% point. click. ship. automation, we have added a
(Server Profile based) IDE option to FTP the completed compile to a remote
web server (Professional and Developer Editions). PASV mode is supported.

In addition to this, the Developer Edition provides a new "#ftp upload..."
preprocessor item so you have native FTP upload capability from within your
compile.
