U.S. sales tax and European VAT
eSellerate, as our main credit card processor, is responsible for the
collection of U.S. sales tax based on the location of their nexuses, which
are in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois,
Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, and Utah, USA. Any consumer from the
above mentioned states will be required to pay sales tax. All sales tax collected
is remitted to the states' appropriate taxation authorities. The states of
California and Georgia do not require the collection and remittance of sales tax
on orders that contain only products to be delivered by electronic download.
eSellerate also handles the details of calculating, collecting and remitting
VAT for our European customers. VAT will be applied if you proceed with an
order when VAT ID verification is unsuccessful. You may be able to reclaim
the tax by filing for reimbursement with your local VAT authorities.
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges and 9% restocking fees). The restocking fee covers expenses associated with returns (e.g. credit card processing fees). We are charged even if you return the product. We encourage you to evaluate our demo versions before ordering, and we try to provide a description and as much information as we can on each of our products to help you with your ordering to avoid having returns and being charged a restocking fee.
