How do I force the deletion of an entire folder when the UNINSTALLER is run?

My app may or may not create new folders AFTER my app has been installed and at some point subsequent. If the app does create new subfolders, how do I ensure that these folders are deleted should the user decide to uninstall my app?

in this case, you can create a "custom uninstall" and let the uninstaller delete this folder. If you need help with this, just let me know.
