My server recently crashed so I brought up a new one as secure. I had been doing wucheck without issue but now it says 1) if using wucheck gives the 5060 manifest error or 2) if using wucheck_ssl I get "Cannot download server manifest. Error 509000004.

I can use https:// and download the manifest file (which is a .txt).

How can I debug this to see where the wucheck is looking and what it sees.

OK... update...

Changed the download port to 443 and now I get the download message ready to start. Since I am running this on an IIs server I have the build set to create the .EXE (stub ?) and a .0001.bin download file.

The EXE starts OK but then it cannot find the .00001.bin file.

Next step???
