I also checked the IIS/.bin settings, and I don't believe they're causing the issue. BTW, this is an old SetupBuilder 2019 project, correct? It's not SetupBuilder 2025.

Your downloads are not login-protected (no username and no password required). Please therefore make sure that you haven't defined any login credentials in your project settings ? leave both the username and password fields completely empty.

I'm confident we can identify the problem once we take a closer look at your project.
